Sous chef and kitchen prep:
We will pay for the ideal candidate to gain their Food Hygiene certificates. Along with other qualifications associated with preparing and serving food. Training will be given in SFBB practices and HACCP. These would be invaluable in a future paid position with our company. It could also be a stepping stone to gaining employment elsewhere in the future.
To help out at our Farmers Markets and other market stalls. Would be helpful to anyone seeking a career in retail and wishing to illustrate work experience.
